The name Sooshi Mango dates to 2015 - when Joe's young son was shouting the words, which mean nothing and everything; it appealed to them because it doesn't say ethnic. Food is at the heart of a lot of what they do and their mamma characters - Giuseppina, Carmela and Angela - are especially beloved.
